Usually surgical removal, the skin has no elastacity left and can't spring back

All kudos to the bloke, he has lost a heck of a lot of weight. The loose skin will be an issue though and he will probably need to have an op to clear that up. His darts will suffer as a result though i feel, same as phil taylors never quite been the same since losing some of his weight.

The issue is keeping it off though; many stories of people losing tremendous amounts of weight (such as he has done) to only then slip back into his routine months later and end up where he started.

The "world's greatest slimmer" lost something like 48 stone, appeared on chat shows etc. etc all thin (literally skinny) and then a year later was back up to Andy-esque size. (I saw it on one of those fat programs, y'know)
