Great to see you all again and many thanks to Bruce at the M&C for a great lunchtime spread.

We had a couple of heavy downpours on the way home but as we were moving the car kept dry - then 10 miles down the road it was blue skies and hot sunshine all the rest of the way. Just finished the day off by sitting in the garden with a nice G&T. cool

Well it was gr8 2 c u all again and welcome u 2 the M & C once again.
Some people had driven along way Devon, some people rang the AA 2 save petrol,
and some people wanted 2 try the hottest chili in the world discovered 2 years ago in Assam and carefuly cultivated in the M & C greenhouses. Was it the hottest the guy who tried it was very talkative up 2 the tasting.Comments are welcome.

Many thanks 2 Mitch and his wife without his tireless efforts and support from all the Dodge Viper supporters the N.V.R would not take place.

I am happy to do the same again for next year, look forward 2 seeing u all in 2009.

Well, despite the 'technical problems' and coming last in the N.V.R quiz we had a GREAT time!

This might end up sounding like an Oscars acceptance speech but anyway here goes:

Mich & Suzy, thanks so much for all your hard work in setting up the weekend, we always look forward to it.
Special thanks to Baz, Neil, Andrew & Jenny for getting us around the rest of the weekend.
Bruce, thanks again for a great lunch at the M & C - really nice to see you and the cars again.

Grateful thanks to Dave from the AA for a top bit of recovery work on the stricken snake and last but by no means least to everyone on the N.V.R for your help & support - it's what makes being part of this group so very special.

Hi Bruce - I can quite categorically state that those chillies are the hottest I've ever eaten - and I normally have off the menu specially prepared phalls when I go to the Indian!

Took me about 10 minutes to stop the eyes watering!

A great lunch as well although I think my taste buds were in tatters at that point.

Glad you found it memorable Viper Dave, I thought i could grow you a really big chilli for next year because you have to admit it was a little on the small size.
