It's an effective if rather brutal way of getting your point over to the dealers, my local Mercedes garage had a similar problem with a customer whose ML had major issues just after the warranty ran out, the garage owner was rather upset about it, but didnt do anything about it for months

Well I apologise if that's true, but clicking the link to load a larger picture of the side on profile, the yellow lettering towards the back of the car looks far too neat! Edited by anonymous-user on Tuesday 26th May 15:24

Really? Those stickers looked photoshopped on to me - none of the letters are following the contour of the car body, they are too straight.
+ 1PHOTOSHOP written all over that!

While our Vogue has had a few problems, that looks like a particularly problematic vehicle. However, I suspect he's actually more upset with the dealer. Ours has hardly showered itself in glory recently, it's a constant battle for the warranty to be honoured on several faults, they once tried to fob us off by resetting the ECU several times when the air suspension control unit was clearly dying, and the last time it was serviced it went back in 3 weeks later because the pads were finished.
The last dealer repaired a paint defect and the rear bumper started to come away a month later, the dealer before that tried to stitch us up when we sold our car, the dealer before that tried to stitch us up with labour when they fitted a bike rack...
In fact, while the minor faults on the current vehicle have been annoying they're not really ground breaking or unique for a modern car. We've only had one Range Rover that has actually broken down or had serious faults out of seven, and it was the only one we bought 2nd hand. The worst part of the car by far are the dealers in our experience.
