Was a tough track today, twin and spence mid 12' s and dave was 13's.
Not alot of grip and a headwind,
Interestingly a lone bike , 600 gsxr best time 11.5/ 120mph.

woohoo Got to admit that's a stonking time for a Cerbera woohoo

That's only 0.6 seconds behind a standard R1.
At 130mph that means you'd only be about 114 ft behind it!

It would be nice to see the factory stats on the GSXR 600, it may well change the perspective of the Cerb time.
As i say rolling and up, the car is coming, off the mark is where the bike has the power to weight advantage NO QUESTION!
FYI back in 2002 at the Suzuki day, i took my Supersport bike there and did 10.92/128, Excactly same time!
And also Karl Harris and John Reynolds could only manage low 11's, thanks to wheelies and wot not on there Rizla Superbikes, bigger terminal obviously cant remember what though.

Excellent clap

Was this on the drag radials Paul?
I notice 'only' a 1.8 to 60 foot and a near 7.2 to the 1/8th.
One day when the grips there you will see a mid 1.7, sub 7 to the 1/8th and another 2 or 3 tenths off the ET.
I guarentee it.

That second eighth is truly awesome and displays a huge amount of power.

Yes, The MT 255/50-17 Drag radials, (they fitted!), they are second hand and not the best, track was terrible, was at 2.00+ until i burnt the crap out of them, i managed a 1.77, but then span up after that and that gave a 10.99.
All the other boys where doing their worst ever 60's.
Serious wind too....
