I think we might just have a game changer here with the ESCHATON LMP650 With 1345BHP/TON! Powered by a flat 4 turbo engine with a carbon /spaceframe chassis and 650-850BHP on tap.The cars weight is around an F1 cars ..Add advanced aero and huge downforce via secret ground effects ....we hope to take on the big boys, were testing it soon....and hope to be building a few for the public market at some point too!
performance should be staggering with 0-100mph in around 4 seconds and 0-200MPH in under 13!

"secret ground effects"? hehe

Looks like a similar proposition to a very high-spec Ultima; a fair bit faster but probably at ten times the price.

That is incredible. Can you imagine pulling out onto a straight, quiet, maybe looks like a little like the Mulsanne road...very easy to lose your licence with 1345bhp/ton!

If I were rich I'd love to have something like that in my garage.

Looks nice, but will you be doing a diesel version? It would probably have more midrange.

That's what I was thinking, 600+ bhp from less than 2.5l 4? That's pushing it somewhat surely...??

I'll believe it when I see it in action...

Also where's the boot? If this is less practical than my MR2 roadster I'm sorry but I'll have to look elsewhere biggrin

Engine is 50% derived from subaru and chosen due to it's availability, low weight, centre of gravity and proven power output.
Its fully reworked internally and has many custom hand made parts
Engine capacity is 2.6L and uses a GT35 or GT42 turbo depending on output.

The car is a design 'test mule' and has taken a long time to design and develope... if it proves good in testing and there was demand for similar cars they would be priced around that of a Ferrari 458

It has room for two people (driver and brave person) :-)

Diesel you say?..Got a video when i first ran the engine and had a bit of a comedy moment i forgot to plumb in an oil restrictor to the turbo so there was a lot of smoke!! i was quite worried for a moment till i found out what it was!
