At last.... After weeks of waiting I picked up my Aston on Friday after being repaired and modified after a brain dead, Dic*less vandal scratched it from panel to panel.. May they rot in Helllll furious

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Robbie at Valet Magic for sorting everything out for me, from the paint shop to the final finished car.
And for also taking the car off me and storing it at his yard the day after it was vandalised so I didnt have to look at it... The guy is a true gent & a total perfectionist.

Whilst the car was being repaired I decided to have a few extra bits done, as per usual with me I just cant leave anything alone.... The following bits were carried out...

Full doors and glass out respray.
Rear reflectors in bumber removed, filled & painted.
Inside door plaque mounts colour coded to match the car.
Front grill, bonnet & side mesh vents powder coated satin black.
Lowered 20mm using Eibach springs.
20" matt black concaved alloy wheels.
Brake calipers & hubs painted matt black.
Window surrounds & side strakes de chromed (wrapped in matt black).
Oh and i forgot to have the front number plate re fitted..OOOOOPS!!!!

Please excuse the pics... I did try to make a good job but am no David Baily wink

Looks really great, well done. A unique car that isn't shouting anything in particular, just a very cool piece of automobilia smile

Are you SW of London? I seem to remember that you were having some of the work done in Cobham? I live on the A3 (Putney Hill) and head down to Brooklands quite a lot, would like to see those wheels and the car in the metal - always after new ideas wink

Do you know what the increase in offset was from the originals, i.e. how much more they stick out? I have found out my new DBS wheels will be 27.5mm wider at the rear than standard... it sounds a lot!!

Cheers Yeti... The wheels sit absolutley flush to the arches, these wheels are a world first from the manufacturer to fit an AM and they made them so the offset would be spot on.

I live in Berkshire, not really that far from Brooklands... I will PM you so can meet up when you are about....

Anytime, I'm a member so we can have a coffee in the Clubhouse, get to keep away from the Hoi Polloi that way wink Was there today, not in the Aston though. Best of British...

Back on topic, are your wheels/tyres wider than the originals and did you have a good geo set-up?

Sounds like a plan...

I think they are... To be honest when I ordered them I just speck'd them sit flush... The geo set up was done by QV ferrari in Ascot, they are a bit special when it comes to setting up cars for the road and track, mines been set up with minimal tyre wear in mind, so set for the road with very little camber.

Love the de chromed window surround it really finishes the car off.. Great wheels but is that just dirt on the wheels in the picture? It can’t be a scuff already can it? Also the rear clear lights are they the standard AM option ones?
Good place to take pictures I used to work in one of those buildings.... small world.

Congrats on getting your P&J back......I've had my cars vandalised and I know how upsetting it is .......might even put the CCTV footage up of some knob kicking the wing mirror of my R32 four weeks ago on you tube .

I like that a lot, very cool smokin

As for the OP, I can't say I'm a fan of the satin black bits, or the alloys, but each to their own. I do like how the reflectors have been filled in though, and the callipers and door sills look very nice smile
