Men & MakeUp!!!
Discussion
So I'll get shot down for this, but do I look like I care.
I met the current 'Mrs' Digger just over a month ago. A couple of weeks ago we were fooling around one evening, and yes, some alcoholic beverages may have been consumed! She proceeded to get me to sit still (not easy), found her bulging bag of makeup gubbins, and proceeded to apply some concealer around the eyes, then threw some powder on. I was quite shocked as to how natural and healthy I now looked.
I now find that most days I slap on the above prior to going out. Unless I tell them, nobody knows I'm wearing it, and whenever I do mention it I get complimented for it.
Anyone else 'man' enough to own up to similar antics??!

I know one guy who used to wear eyeliner and foundation. Thought it was a little strange but never harmed anyone and he was a friendly enough chap. Then one day he turned up in a little black dress and was going through a course of drugs prior to his "operation".
PS I have a new set of hacksaw blades and can fit you in my diary at 4pm if you want. Bring your own booze/anaesthetics.

Have no fear, I certainly won't be going in that direction!!I've had make up a few times for photos or tv - it makes you look younger and more healthy, there's no doubt about it. Then you take it off and realise you still look crap underneath
If you had the time and inclination, why not do it to go out too?! I think eye liner and mascara will actually look like you're wearing it, where as foundation will not.

As a laugh with the missus, letting her apply make up is fine. Going out in public having done it yourself is a bit too far.
However, I've always wondered why it is acceptable that women can improve their appearance with make up but us blokes have to make do with how we look.
