I presume the clip slides forward rather than hindges looking at your two towing eyes.. but what are the 2 eyes on the outside far left and right?

The outer 2 eyes are pins that hold the front clip. There are no hinges. once the standards latches are opened and the front pins pulled the front clip is lifted off. The splitter is fixed.

I've seen a few other GTRs with a similar mod. It's functional providing additional brake cooling, air splitter and it looks mean. I do wish I had a hinge so I have been watching the other thread regarding a working hinge with a splitter.
