I posted a couple of Pix on a Thread from Fellow Monaro Newbie,skoff and thought you may like to see more. Early 2010,i went over to Oz for a long weekend to attend the 70th Birthday Party of an Aussie Speedway Rider that i used to Pit Crew for.
My Sis and Bro' in Law live in North Sydney and took me to Bathurst for a look round. Like the IOM TT course,the Track is actually Public Roads that get shut for Race Days.

You can really imagine the big thumping V8s charging through some of those corners...

Yeah. Hoped to get back this Year for the Great Race,have to make do with TV Coverage. Maybe 2012 ?
