GROWL - Thanks to everyone

It's all been said on other threads but I'd like to add my thanks to all the organisers, traders, helpers, and attendees for making this the event that is has become.
119 Griffs and 43 other TVR's.
Charity fund not finalised yet but will be in excess of £1,500 which will make a big difference
I will speak to the hotel re dates for 2010 which I'll publish soon.

Well, I'll be the first to offer the mighty thanks you deserve for arranging it (along with Mrs FF of course). The rain was fine too cos I got away without a hangover this year, and I'm happy with that Karma.

Yep, well done Paul, Andrea (hope car now fixed) and Bob. Another good weekend with predominantly sunny weather. Always the nicest and most genuine of people to reaquaint with and for me that's 90% of what it's about. That was Nicola's first Growl and she immediately felt at home expressing how friendly everyone was.

So thanks again and roll-on 2010.

Yes a great event yet again,well done to all concerned,hopefully one year i wont be working and manage to attend both days for a change think there might have been at least 120 Griffs there though when i arrived at about half ten sunday morning no one was manning the welcome post, and i forgot to pop back over and get counted later on .....

to the organisers, great event and really well attended in spite of the weather. I met a few, bought a few bits and decided I must save up for the ACT sport manifolds and cherry bomb exhaust

The best bit however, was without doubt the opportunity to pick a good A-Road route there and back, even in the sodden conditions the Griff is an awesome driving machine. Had such a great drive home in the rain Saturday evening that I couldn't help but celebrate with a couple of donuts in the village car park when I got home

Can you make it further away next year
