The manual has a warning with reference the thrust bearings Si.

Just make sure it has been modded prior to fitting.

As I previously posted, my old Noble fitted thrust bearing was identical to the one I got from Fords.
Has any one got an old (Noble/AP) thrust bearing to compare to a Ford one ?

The 5 Speed Clutch release bearing is the same as the one I have just installed in the Caterham R400 I'm building to complement my M400.

I am desparately trying to work out what to buy next, but I seem to have exhausted 400 cars
