All input would be gratefully received

The local council have won a public enquiry for a footpath creation order on my property. It is a coastal farm in 25 acres.

The creation order stated that the path would cross along a bank for 100 metres, the bank is basically a sea defence. The drawings shown to the enquiry was a stone built addition to the bank to make it more stable etc, I was happy with this and had no issues.

However, they started 2 weeks ago and are building what can only be described as a hardwood jetty/walkway,

At no time have they engaged in consultation with me over this, the area is a SSSI and an AONB, and it just looks awful in the environment.

They have ignored all my solicitors correspondence.

Is there anything I can do? I have no issue with the footpath, just the structure and the fact they did not consult me.
