T350C Chameleon oranage 2003
Discussion
Was on ebay about 2 weeks ago with a damaged front end (not sure if you know it) and registered CAT D. It needs a new front end and a radiator. Not sure how the minimal damage made it a write off so would be a bit sceptical about it. Possbile chassis damage or something. Anyway, advert said it had 6k on the clock and looked in good nick apart the crash damage obviously. Also the owner said he had it for 2 years but hadn't got round to repairing it, which seemed a bit odd. Looks like a clean car and I would have gone to view it if it wasnt a 5 hour drive.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I bought the car and as it looked in the pictures it is immaculate apart for the light front damage.
As you say it needs a radiator only because it unseated one of the radiator ends and that's about it. The air con condenser was not even damaged!
The car is in as new condition and I can't fault apart from the light damage!
At least I have the picture of the damage which did not put be off it being cat d.
Too many fibreglass cars end up being written off for very light damage.
The person I bought it from has had a few TVR's and bought this one to do up and keep but he is also into motor bikes and needs the money for that. he said that he had the car for 2 years but in fact it was less than 18 months.
I was hoping that someone would know this car and help me complete some of the history. I have tried to locate the two previos owners but with no luck as it would appear that the second owner has possibly moved to Canada and I have not had any luck tracing the first owner.
Has anyone had any joy tracing the history of a car from the supplying garage? I am going to contact Christoper Neil's and see if they have any records for the car but I am not too hopeful.
Someone must know this car as there can't be too may about in this colour.
Thanks again for the replies

When I was looking for one early last year there was a chameleon orange one for sale at Cheshire TVR with a pumpkin and black interior, although at the time it was pristine...
I was going to go and see it but sadly by the time I had returned from a business trip to the US it had been sold.
Does that shed any further light?
Cheers,
Mark
