I like to put hot pepper sauce on roasted veg and cook with it on, i like to put sweet chilli sauce on roast potatoes/chips and cook with it on.

Any nice sauces you put on certain foods and cook them in it? To enhance flavour

I tend to do a slow cooked beef joint on Sunday then dice and marinade the leftover with BBQ peri peri. It's amazing the next day as a stir fry if you add more sauce or a spot of dark soy to it.

Lea & Perrins on potatoes (boiled/roast/mash)not over powering to ruin the taste of anything else on the plate (blame my dad for this, he puts it on nearly everything... yet he doesn't like spicy food scratchchin )

This. In fact I am getting concerned that food is becoming bland unless I get a 'kick' out of it.

Salad cream on chips.
Marmite spread over roasties partway through cooking.
Garlic mayo for dipping pizza crusts.
Brown sauce for bacon sarnies or cooked breakfast.
Tomato sauce on nothing. I only use it for putting in casseroles, bolognese etc.
Worcester Sauce on cheese on toast.

Ketchup on sausages, burgers, bacon and chips.
Salad cream on pork pies and salad.
Bearnaise or pepper sauce on steak.
Gravy on sausage and mash, roasts and chips (but not with ketchup).

Horseradish or mint sauce on any Sunday dinner - irrespective of meat choice.

Salad cream on chips- yes!

Barbecue sauce on fish finger sandwiches.

Chilli on most things.

Yep, this approach works well.

I have more hot sauces in my fridge than drinks usually.

Bearnaise or Horseradish with steak

HP on bacon/sausage sandwiches, or with a full English

Ketchup on chips or burgers

Lea & Perrins on beans on toast

Cranberry sauce has been used a LOT since my diet started, since I seem to be eating turkey sandwiches in the evenings!

Not a sauce, but at the moment got a thing with putting chilli flakes on nearly everything I cook.

Also put Nandos sauce on my chicken breasts, not as good as the real thing, but enough for at home.
