My biggest ever repair bill.
Discussion
For the last 22 years I have done all my own car repairs and servicing, engine rebuilds, diff rebuilds, crash damage, the lot.
Today my trusty E28 is in a BMW indy having a set of rear subframe bushes fitted. Its a bear of a job and I dont have the puller, i could make the puller, I have made many in the past, but right now time is tight and I have other jobs to do on other cars.
£130 plus vat. Ouch. My pride is a bit dented. I've had the car 4 years and I'm worrying that it might go wrong, cant stop thinking about the yellow boxster that fell off a ramp.

6k for a new crankshaft on a 106 year old car. And that was just for the parts!
First time I read that I thought you meant a 12 month old Peugeot 106.....Gassing Station | General Gassing [Archive] | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
