Any idea of what sort of revs it was pulling? or does it just have a clock where the tacho would be?

Where were you going to BG?. . . . . by the speedo I take it you were the other side of the channel?

They were shooting a movie on the Sunday, the road was closed, and we were able to watch repeated takes of some stunt driving with an 'S' class doing various spins.

I once did 620 miles in one stint (chunnel excepted) from Gutersloh to Bristol in my old Smart ForTwo.

That was a long haul......

I agree about Berlin, probably my favourite European city.

Your a hard cord masochist! An auto box, at least six cylinders, plus a lot less interior noise would make the trip far more bearable. To hell with economy!
