Let them waste their money. Lets face it its not as if anyone on this site will check it out.

I don;t look at any of them.

Perhaps you should? That way you can continue to enjoy PH free of charge, just a thought.

ETA, love your profile pic!

I quite like the irony, 'Act on CO2' subsidising a website who's slogan is 'speed matters'.

Maybe they can charge a £2 "booking fee" for logging in?

Now if they advertised spell checkers I might look at them.

They could have monkey tennis gifs going on and I wouldn't notice, turned my brain off to them some time ago. Recently Adblocker Plus has been installed too.

Sorry.

Internet advertising often involves remnant stock being "back filled" with chunks of advertising filled by an agency according to general criteria. It's not the big bucks stuff that sales people spend their days schmoozing over. It's a few quid to top up the coffers rather than display nothing or in house ads.

Personally I'd recommend having a giggle at the irony of the govt indirectly funding PH in this manner. Thanks Gordon. smile

Advertising often picks up on keywords, with a few famous slip ups too
