Handbrake/clutch cable lubrication tool

I am currently looking for a tool/device that will clamp onto either a handbrake cable or clutch cable and allow oil or grease to flow down the entire cables to lubricate them. This is purely for maintenance, I know there is one for motorcycles and thought I would ask if anyone knew of one?
