Time for a change

I sold my Impreza type ra a while ago and miss it already. I bought an e30 325 convertible but although a nice car (and i'm sure the summer, if we get one, would be very enjoyable) i just want something a little more track focused. I'm not a nutter on the road but the odd b road run is a nice thing to do every now and then.

I'm going to put the e30 up for £2500 and look to get something in it's place that will handle the odd track day. Question is what to get. I've got a real hankering for another Escort RS Turbo. I had one about 6 - 7 years ago and loved it.

Just wondered what else people would recommend for a couple of grand. What ever i get for the e30 is the budget.

Make sure you get 22k for the beemer and you can have the Noble.
