Heated seats and sunroof

Anyone out there with a cooper after 2007 and miles less than 26000 who wants to sell their car? Must have panoramic sunroof and heated seats.

I liked the idea of the panoramic roof but couldn't stand the constant creaks and rattles...

Mine used to creak a bit when I first got it but since I have been using it regularly for the last month or so the creaking seems to have stopped. The blinds do rattle occasionally but only if they haven't been pulled across properly. Unfortunately the reason I am having to open the sunroof is that the air conditioning doesn't appear to be working
