....Is the title of a little self filmed video that myself and a mate done on Saturday. Nothing too extreme just a cool video from various parts of the different runs.

Blooming hard work when you are filming yourself,especially how steep it is at Aston Hill but great fun and i think it has came out really well.

Last time I was there, I missed the turn for the red and went down the black run. Was not expecting that big drop off!

I used to ride rigid bikes back in the day as well and i would NOT like to ride Aston on one now!!!!
