Poll A: Pistonheads Cooking Competition No.8 - Oily Fish

Bit of an administrative challenge this month - there are 12 entries in total, but a maximum of 10 options in one poll. I'll split these into Poll A and Poll B, in the order the entries were posted.

Poll A: Henry Hawthorne, calibrax, Cotty, miniman, oilydan, Pixel-Snapper
Poll B: 6th Gear, cal72, captainzep, Dizee, zakelwe, 21TonyK

Whoever receives the greatest number of votes from the combined total wins, though I've started a separate thread to canvass opinion on whether we should have a cook-off this month given the number and quality of entries.

Peppered mackerel, orange bell pepper, picked gherkin, feta cheese and peri-peri spiced cous cous:

Stargazy pie served with lightly stir-fried sugarsnap peas, and roasted carrots:

Sardine fish cakes with a lemon and parsley mayonnaise and watercress salad:

Salmon wrapped in parma ham on peas, broad beans and red onion, with wild rice and a creme fraiche and dill sauce:

I posted a reply in the other thread so I bumped this one to keep them together. Could really do with being sticky's but only a mod can do that.

Could do with an increase in the number of poll options. It must be possible to add more lines.
