A friend of my mothers has given me a completely original Raleigh Massif, which was bought brand new and used by her ex-husband "once or twice" before being banished to the shed. It's so 1980's it hurts, but when I say it's completely original, it really is, apart from a sprung saddle which was put on when bought.

I don't really want it tbh but couldn't say no at the time.

Thought I would ask the question in the title anyway. Does it have any value?

Over to you guys and gals

So it looks like that then? TBH it's the bike equivalent of a Dacia Duster of the same vintage wink

you say that, but people pay good money for completely original 'as new' raleigh mustangs (the ones with the purple smoke paint job)... the guys in their 30's with cash to spend are the ones who grew up with these bikes, so adding one to the collecton is often a popular choice.

when i was in le mans, the thing that stopped me in my tracks more than anything else that weekend was a 1989 Emmelle Nevada 15... my first bike and something i have not seen for years and years and years... made me feel all nostalgic!
