Hi
Is it possible to retrofit factory parking sensors to an R53 Cooper S?

If so, does anyone know any firm who offer this (or do the Stealers offer this service?)

thanks

(does anyone know an admin on minitorque? I registered but have received no activation email!)

I've found that rotating my body and turning my head does the trick, also the mirrors come in handy wink

On a serious note though, aftermarket parking sensors are usually crap and I would hazard a guess it would lower the resale value of your car also.

Ah upon reading your post more closely you did say factory fit parking sensors, which is a different story altogether. However I'm still pretty sure the cost in doing this would really outweigh the benefits!

It's my wife's car. Trust me, the cost would not outweigh the benefits.

Not done a mini but in most cases yes. I would start by getting a price from BMW with parts and labour split out. If the price is to high look second hand for orginal parts, if they can get it off ok they should be able to give you some idear of how hard it would be to put on?
