Scottish MTB'ing (Especially Aberdeenshire)

I am going on a work team building to Braemar in August and we're staying at Mar Lodge. Are there any decent trails in the area? The guy who is organising things for this is a bit of a plum and we have a sneaky feeling he'll stick us on some easy trudge up a hill on the roads then free wheel back down. Some of fancy something a bit more challenging and fun - maybe even bag a Munro? So - suggestions?

Also, are there any more suggestions for the area? I have already been to Pitfichy which was great (Apart from the climb out of the car park without the chance to warm the legs up first).
