Responsibilities
The jobholder will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the existing client base and creating new opportunities to sell across our portfolio
The jobholder will have a special focus on cell imaging products, and will use skills in this arena to perform client site evaluations outside their territory.
The jobholder will be responsible for achieving a sales target for specified territory with agreed levels of performance for revenue, unit sales and pipeline.
From time to time the jobholder will be required to support product development and business development in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall organization.
In addition the jobholder will be required to represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
The jobholder will be expected to maintain their contacts’ information within the company customer database, provide monthly updates on prospecting activities and other reporting as requested.
Qualifications
Educated to at least degree level in a relevant life science discipline
Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience of selling solutions to Pharma and academic institutions.
Typical candidates will be working in a sales role with laboratory leaders in academic and industrial settings.
