How many of the cask owners are coming along to Podies tasting?

I'll bring all of the cask samples I've received to date for y'all to sample - they are only 5cl each but there are quite a few!

So what's the news on Cask No1 then Lefty? Are we going to bottle, label and distribute in time for Christmas?

For those who can't remember what they've signed up for...

What was the final decision on cask 7? Did that end up being sherry?

In this month's Scotch Whisky Auction it looks like somebody is auctioning a bottle from their Octave.

Just thought you'd be interested ?
Let's not all bid against each other though ?

Why don't someone bid and we can split it?

Happy to do that smile

Wondered if Coney had an account.

Yep, have an account and bought regularly.
Happy to buy and split with whoever wants in ?
Have to agree limits etc but shouldn't be hard.

I'm happy to contribute for a dram. Paul, you want to be the "bidder" - also happy to be a bidder!

If Coney has an account, then it makes sense to do it via him.

Happy to chip in.

Seem to remember that it was in the T's & C's that it wasn't allowed for sale (I've lost mine though) I note the bottle does say not for re-sale

Is an auction a sale?

(Something of a semantic argument, but it's a genuine question)

If there is 200 bottles (for sakes) how could they prove who sold it? Unless numbered...
