Business proposal template please?

As you may have read, i am being made redundant from my job at Nokia following 15 years service.

I am desperately looking for work and have attended an interview today. The interview itself went reasonably well. However, they have asked me to send them a business proposal (that i have created) to them so they can assess the level of my work.

I told them that i would have to remove sensitive aspects of this document, and they were happy with this.

Has anyone got a copy of a business proposal that i could tailor to be in the Mobile communications trade and them submit?

Was the interview for an actual job, seems odd to ask for a 'business proposal' if that's the case?

If it was for some kind of franchise etc, then it might be worth having a look at some of the high street bank business section website, most of them have business plan templates that you can download.

It was for a job, but i think that they were curious if i actually had ever made a business proposal. There fore they asked to see one that i had put together and agreed that i could remove any sensitive information.

How are you getting on? HTH if you have a draft that needs reviewing. I don't have a telecoms example to hand, but much will be generic re your marketing and comms plans, your projects for growth, your staff selection and training strategies, vision, mission and objectives statements and your plans to secure funding etc, etc.
