I can't help but think that the CBT just isn't enough training for the more reckless ones at that age. I rode safely on my CBT, but being a few years older I think I had more of a sense of self preservation, plus i've always been fairly switched on and sensible anyway!

What a tool that kid was. As soon as he got back on if i was the camera guy id of been stopping my.bike infront of his. No chance id let him ride off.

What a bell end, no way I'd have let him ride off before I'd had a very thorough look at my bike. The way he nearly falls off again after riding away is worth a lol too.

The standard of riding of the guy he hit was bad, too: Indicating right to leave the roundabout, still indicating right 30meters later, then immediately switches to indicate left and begin to turn left off the road with no observation/shoulder-check at all.

I totally agree, I thought that also, but was so taken aback by how abysmal the scooter rider was that I didn't even mention it in my post.

Fatigue is a bh, u don't move around enough on the bike, muscles are sore [if you're not bike-fit] and the concentration level goes well down, no doubt it's amplified with older guys too, lots of red bull, burnouts and wheelies help concentrate the mind though !
