Save your money and buy an S. Bluefins wreck more engines than they add power to.

Do it! The bluefin if it's a one is great and maps it to the cooper engine stats, if you are fitting an airfilter make sure it's enclosed so doesnt suck in hot air from the engine bay!

If you go for a replacment filter that is the same fit as the origanl there is less noise, a replacment filter kit will give you more noise and a small amount more performance (You may not even notice the diffrance). The Bluefin is ment to be ok. On nonturbo cars most chipping dose very littel in the way of extra damige to the engine. As the one and copper are the same engine with diffrent engine settings there are good gins to be had 95bhp to 115-125bhp on a one. In test drives the extra power can be felt but most report not as much as you would think for a 20+ bhp gain.

A Superchip for a MINI One is a good move. The Cooper and One have the same engine. The power of the One is restricted by limiting the amount the throttle opens.
You will feel a huge improvement with a remap on a One, as standard they feel strangled.
An air filter element in the standard box will give the best results, K+N are good.

it makes quite a difference to the car, as said takes it to cooper spec. I got mine with a k&n filter deal on ebay from demon tweeks.
