Which Sound Bar? £300 Budget

I've decided to get a new Samsung Smart TV (UE46D8000Y) but i'm undecided on which sound bar.

First of all, all they really worth it?

And secondly, I've been reading on some reviews and the Panasonic SC-HTB520EB-240W has been given the thumbs up.

Anybody else got any suggestions / opinions?
