Labour Rates, Ground Workers

I hope to be pricing some work near Margate shortly and wondered what the rates of pay in the south east were for:

Skilled groundworker
Groundwork labourer

I will use local labour where possibble, any feed back appriciated.

I've been paying £8/hr cash for groundwork labour although they seem to stop work when I'm not looking.
