Servicing intervals cooper?

Thought it was a while since last service.... The computer says due in 1200 miles BUT the service book seems to be 3 yrs and 12k since last one! Seems too long! I hate these stupid long life service schedules! Feels to me like it's probably a year overdue! (but in that time it's had brakes, wheel bearing etc).

Should be 2 years max I think, if our cooper is anything to go by.

The damn computer says I have 1200 miles to go and its only done 12K in 3 years. So I am not too bothered but just annoyed that the Mini computer is so rubbish!

When I got mine it had just been serviced and was claiming the next service was due in 24000 miles. 3000 miles later it now says the next service is due in 8000 miles. Gotta love these variable length service intervals.
