Evening all....
These were taken post 6:58 chunnel on the way down, had a massive grin after following the convoy out of the toll booths at slightly higher than legal speeds and was laughing like a maniac whilst following through the tunnel, the noise from combined vipers and cobras was to die for!!!!
Definately a highlight of the trip for me.

Happy to hear you liked our little convoy!My spine tingled when we blasted off from the toll booths!Its the first time another car engine blatted out the sound of our own.The guy with the Cobra has a race tuned T.V.R race car engine in it....mad or what!Thanks for posting the pics,but sorry to say that the Cobra and our own car will never be seen again at LeMans..(totally gutted about this!)were taking the Viper to NZ in a few months when we leave U.K for good and the Cobra died when the engine caught fire on the way to the drivers parade.(This is what happens when you sit a race engine in heavy traffic for two hours!)Was it you that took another picture of the Viper and your wife? at Houx camp site road.

Was driving down with a car full of my closest friends, ie it was just me and the coolbox!(red Subaru family express)
Was in convoy with a red Passat TDi driven incredibly badly by my mate (sincerest apologies if he managed to pi55 anyone off, that includes the police van he forced off the road after a particularly unwise overtake)
Would love a copy of the vid if I'm being made famous!!!
I think the drive down is one of the best bits of the whole weekend for me, certainly was this year tagging along behind you lot!
