Removing white polish residue from black plastic trim

Any suggestions? Just picked up my new car from the dealer and noticed that their "valet" has left white polish residue all along the black plastic sill trim. Can't go back to the dealer as I'm currently about 600 miles away! Thanks, CMD

A heat gun on a moderate setting will restore your original blackness.

Get a nice soft rubber (eraser if you're an American) and it will rub off then treat with some bumper care stuff, barebones is what I'd go with (because it smells divine and I want to drink it)
