I was going to give it a miss as lets face it... it had its day.

Caught it by accident and thought it fairly decent. Just getting hold of the other 9 episodes now....

It was pretty good I thought. I'm an old fart so for me it was a Saturday (?) night highlight back in the late 70's and early eighties.
The original series just wore itself out towards the end. When J.R chopped in the W126 500SEL for some Cadillac stheap I knew it was all over.
Sue Ellen still looks quite fit for a drunk, a tramp and an unfit Mother. :-)

Used to be a huge Dallas fan

I was hoping JR would be just the same thankfully nothing has changed. He is a legend (sad to hear about his cancer) and frankly he is the show wipes the floor with the young whipper snappers.


Does anyone remember Gary the middle of the three brothers (JR oldest Gary middle Bobby youngest).
