Hi,

I am a 25 year old .NET/Sharepoint developer. I am in a job which is stable, pays quite well, etc, but (like someone else in another thread stated) I have achieved nothing in my job, too.

However, I don't like tiddling my thumbs so I do all the practise and learning I can (and not necessarily exams, either, and what I do is demonstrable).

Now, I've been here for 7 months and I have gone into support from consulting (a side ways move, or downwards, as some would say). I am considering a move, as I don't want my career to stall, but I have the following problems:

1) Employers want real Sharepoint experience (I have my own cloud-based deployment but they also want it in the company).
2) Based on that, it is a criminal offence to lie in a job application so I can't say I was making this and that when I was not. It is not worth the risk when applying
3) Obviously the relationship is one sided at work.

Pay etc is not a problem, only learning is. Stuck in the same place, what could you do to get the experience you would need?

Thanks\
