Should I change my Pioneer 4280 Kuro series?
Discussion
I've my Pioneer for four years now and generally I'm delighted with it, however recently I've found myself considering a possible upgrade.
With Pioneer out the market are Panasonic now the benchmark?
A quick look at John Lewis throws up http://www.johnlewis.com/231338101/Product.aspx
More inches and 1080p are appealing, 3D is something I can live without.
thanks!

I've been having the same dilemma for some time and still not made a move. I'm with a 427XD.
For me the 50 isn't quite enough. I really would like the 55 inch VT30 - at a bit of an extra price premium.
However, the Pioneer is still so brilliant. I keep looking at second hand 50 and 60 inch Pioneer's. Likewise - the 3D isn't important. Its just the desire for extra size as 42 soon began to feel 'small'. It was just the extra grand to move up to a 50 inch Pioneer at the time of original purchase that put me off - and the 42 will be moved upstairs.
