Mine's Jailbroken. I don't think I'd use it if it wasn't. I use it mostly for XBMC.

I also had my old 1st Gen AppleTV jailbroken (well, not technically jailbroken, but close), running XBMC and it did all my BitTorrent downloading as well. Wish I'd never got rid of it, now that someone's hacked Linux on to them.
