race mechanic needed for 2012 season

race man needed for next year to assist kevoconnor in his bmw minichallange assault n the championship,this year was the learner year in the r56 next season will be a serious bid to win??
so need a race mech with experience of setup ,suspension and tyres and with skills to solve technical problems that emerge during race weekend. this is a not a job (reluctant) but a opportunity for someone who loves the challange of a race weekend and someone with enthusiasm and passion for racing. yes that person will be paid at a race mech daily rate to cover expenses for the three day weekend and work till the car is setup ,they will be expected to stay with the truck and car over the weekend and can transport truck to meetings and tests .7 weekends per season thurs pm to sunday late and additional test days .all the best tracks including silverstone and brands ,donnington ect .will be assisted by experienced back up but race mech will take lead in sorting car. has to be personable and enjoy pressure as the meetings can be a roller coaster so not for the faint hearted!! prefer someone near to cardiff but dont be put off if not !
