just bought a 350i.wondered if the enlightened could advise on the following:

what make or car are the bonnet struts/dampers common to.

can anyone recommend a company to reveneer the wood in london or the home counties ( im in essex)

struts can be brought from wedge automotive, and a company advertises on here for veneer

The upper tailgate on a range rover uses the same size of unit but it has a higher pressure. I found that buy using one of these and one of the tired old struts the balance was just right.

Mine cost £7.50 from a landrover specialist in Burley in Wharfedale.
