Just setting up a thread for BSRL members to chat and update folks on what their working on or planning to do.

Also you can tell people when you're online so others can join.

This club is invite only, so you can ask here, but it's no guarantee you'll get one.

That's all for now.

I'm getting lost now, I signed up for the first PH club, now it seems empty and devoid of a garage... Where is everyone going? Is this the new place to be for racers / tuners / painters?

I'll admit i'm not on much and more of a drifter than a racer but I have enjoyed racing / jelly bellying / tagging onto whatever I could with the regular PH players in the past... any suggestions for the best club to be in for that?

Just waiting for approval on a paint before I release the car but have a potential LB high speed 'B' Class RWD rocket.

Cheers Curry. Much appreciated. Is anyone racing tonight by the way? I fancy a few if anyone else is game.

Hi All,

Having become slightly disillusioned with 'the other club', Sidaorb suggested that you fine folks might be the kind of club to help smile

Having not really gotten in to the painting or tuning game in FM3 i'm giving it a bash now in FM4, but would really appreciate some advice/feedback/help from the PH Guru's.

So far i've taken a punt at painting by trying to re-create a Repsol Escort Cosworth, which i'm pretty pleased with, the only thing i really struggle with is logo's. I've had a bash at a couple of the simpler text only type ones but not much else.

Tune wise i've so far done a B500 Merc 190E Evo and a C425 Mk1 Golf GTi (or Rabbit as it's stupidly known in the game!). The Rabbit i've peddled round dunsfold into the top 300 ish on the boards but there's plenty more in it, and the Merc also needs work - initial times were promising but i'm still not convinced i've improved it much smile

I dont race online much but reckon i'm not bad - quite like time challenges, hotlaps etc so happy to have a go at setting times, i've also been getting back into drifting a little but i'm pretty rusty at that!

So... what say you, is there room for a (not so) little one in BSRL?

Cheers smile
Jim.

PS - Dare i ask what BSRL stands for?

We will happily make a small space for you, expect banter, abuse (in the best possible taste) and generally a good crack, we have a garage full of top paints and tunes but don't feel intimidated by that as we are all here to help you learn.

As for BSRL, many thought it stood for Broadspeed Racing Ltd (Broadspeed is my GT) but it's really BS Racing Ltd, 'cause were full of it wink

I'm sure you will be welcomed into the club. If you need any advice or feedback with your tunes and paints then theres a few of us who can help. I'm a stty painter but I'm happy to give you tuning advice and if I'm about then I'll happily test tunes depending on what class they are for.
