Cooper S advice on valuation

Were putting the mrs's 2005 cooper s up for sale this weekend as shes wanting to switch to a coupe. Px is not an option as the dealers are offering ridiculous prices against these cars. Spec is as followed, 05, hyper blue, white bonnet stripes, roof and mirrors, 49k, FSH, leather, panoramic sunroof, 17" alloys, chilli pack, really is in lovely condition although front wheels could do with a refurb. Ive looked on the internet but there is just such a wide spectrum of prices its pretty hard to gain a valuation. We thought around 7.1K, nay ideas??

Pretty much the same as ours bar we have sat nav and a few other toys. Put ours up for 7250 but can't say phone had been ringing off the hook

I think £7k is a bit too strong personally - mines very similar spec, almost identical mileage, on a 54 plate and I value it more around £5.5k.

Way too much. The other halfs 2004 JCW with JCW aero kit and JCW seats sold for £5500. We had it up at £7, no calls, took it down until we got calls, but people still only offering £5500, we turned down 3 offers at that before accepting that is all it was worth...

Bloody hell, 5k?! I have been offered that as a Part Ex so its definitley worth more than that...

Realistically I'd take high 6's for ours, but we'll wait and see eh....

Well they would have to be crooks as I'm not aware of anythin they could use against it....a small chip on the windscreen maybe?!
