Pre-registered. Is it standard practice for one to be included in the sale?
If your car has Media Pack then you are entitled to one for free (this is on a new car, so it would be unfair for the dealer to pocket it on a pre-reg). If your car doesn't have Media Pack, sadly, you need to fork out £30-40 if you want the Y cable!!AOK said:

I have Visual BOOST Radio and I got it for free. The salesman almost "forgot" about it. Last I checked, it was £44.95 from the parts department.Don't worry, the standard white iPod/iPhone white cable from Apple will do just fine.

Sorry to hi-jack the thread but I have just brought a 2008 clubman s and just wondered of all S's come with an IPod connection point and if so where is it.
Cheers
Adam
The connector is most likely to be hidden in the little pocket/storage under the radio in front of the gear shift. Mine has a 3.5 jack. Yes, the cables from the dealer are not the cheapest.Cheers
