DanB7290 said: Donald 'Duck' Dunn died yesterday. Played bass with Booker T and the MGs, but many of us may remember him as the bass player in the Blues Brothers movie I played Green Onions last week and was having a conversation with one of my colleagues about the Blues Brothers stuff. Quite spooky. RIP.

Forgive me if I've missed it but Lloyd Brevett might not be the most famous guy to pop his clogs but he was a pretty influential fella on ska/reggae. Kinda tragic circumstances too really, for his family.

I have to agree with you, I remember to the second where I was when this all unfolded... ((I am in SW Scotland). Perhaps the true culprit has already (far too late) had his comeuppance, I believe we will never truly know... Utterly utterly f king despicable, whoever was involved. I will shut up now, sorry people.

At the end of the day, a lot of innocent people died and for one reason or another we may never know the truth.

Still surprised that Zsa Zsa Gabor is plodding along - with husband and daughter deep in dispute about who should have control of her finances.
