Best web site to use for recruiting a web developer?
Discussion
Jobserve allow you post your own adverts. You can pay online. Your ad gets eyeballed before being published. Jobserve run bulk deals as well, so if you have any other positions, whatever area, you can post those at a discounted rate.
The only thing I'd say about Jobserve is that it's very heavily populated by ads from agencies and you can find your advert getting "lost" aftyer only a couple of days in the midst of the daily agency updates and other data feeds.
In the same vein as Jobserve are CWJobs.co.uk, Monster.co.uk & TotalJobs.com
You could also have a look at theitjobboard.co.uk Not such a friendly search engine for those looking for jobs, but does seem to have a number of jobs which you won't find on Jobserve et al.
cv-library.co.uk is an interesting one. See if you can get on it and search for CVs of people looking for jobs. You can also place adverts.
If your company has a profile on LinkedIn then you could try popping an advert on your profile.
Depending on where you're based, you could also try one of the local job boards.
In the past I've had success with Jobserve, Monster and theitjobboard when posting ads.
ETA having looked at your website, you're probably best staying away from JobServe & CWJobs - they're highly biased (in terms of ad volume) to finance & insurance at the moment.
