hey the headlights on my car have gone very cloudy i suppose its some form of oxidization is there anything i can do to them ?

I'm sure there is some stuff by 3M that's supposed to be good.

Depends on how bad they are.

When I do headlights like that I wet sand them before machine polishing them up with Meguirs PlastRX

Best practise to top up the newly-exposed polished surface with a UV inhibitor, otherwise the plastic can yellow or degrade...

right will have a look on detailing world and see what they say tbh they are very bad
and £91 each from ecp to replace so might as well give it a go first

Usually a very light polish and soft(ish) pad would sort headlights no problem, as long as it's by machine as by hand it would take forever.
