Mini Cooper selling price

Hi all,

Having owned a Mini Cooper from new we are now having to sell the car as we have recently had a new addtion to the family - wife just finds it too cumbersome and to be honest the two doors and the small boot are causing a few headaches.
Anyhow we purchased the car from new, it's a 2010 Red Mini Cooper with only 3000ish miles on the clock, 17" wheels, (a few scuff marks) and sunroof which are the mail additions to the car when purchased.
Looking to get some idea on selling price really as I have not seen that many on for sale privately.
What do you think? Appreciate any input.

is it on finance? i would imagine if it went back into trade and on finance it would be negative equity ;-(

worth checking a few dealers if they were interested, but a part ex for a bigger car would be the easier option

Thanks for your input.
We were very lucky to been given a bigger vehicle as a gift so the Mini is now redundant.
The car is on finance - I imagine a price of around 14-15k would be fairly reasonable.
