Plenty of places in Arizona to park up plus there is always Mojave in California.

I Googled it too and got 300 - but the comments about laying up planes date back to early this year, seems to be nothing more recent.

Their routes are very seasonal though.

Seasonal routes and buying aircraft in huge numbers probably saves upwards of 9 figures on the list price. I'd wager that this more than offsets lost revenue costs for a few months.
