I know the ad has been around for years, but is it me or does it look like the handbrake is yanked,or the rears lock up leaving nice long elevens on the road?!

I found a thread from last year about it too on google! Consensus was CGI skid, don't really get why - it doesn'tform part of the 4 logo or anything clever like that.

Yep I always thought the car skidding over and the tyremarks were on the film, and they added the 4 logo bits and maybe the roadworks in CGI.

CGI. But also it could NOT have been a yanked handbrake as on the offside you can clearly see two sets of tyre marks indicating the front wheel must have locked up as well. 0:06->0:07 seconds just as the car crosses the solid white lines.
